Need to make a return or exchange?

As long as you postmark your return shipment within 14 days after receiving it. Also, all the standard stuff applies, like the product being undamaged, contained in its original packaging, and shipped back with all accessory pieces. Once I receive the returned order I'll inspect everything before processing a refund or exchange.

To proceed with a return or exchange

1. Shoot an email over to info@klunkwerks.co and let me know the nature of the return or exchange.

2. Somewhere in the return package (like on a slip of paper) please include the following info:

• Name
• Order number

3. Then ship everything back to:
